Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ShelfShine, a browser-based tool for preparing product photos ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

ShelfShine removes backgrounds from images, resizes them and exports them in common formats. Image processing runs in your web browser on your own device.

Free and Pro plans

The Free plan has daily and export-size limits shown on our pricing page. Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that removes those limits. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future billing periods with notice by email.

Payments

Orders are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, taxes, receipts and customer service inquiries about payments and refunds.

License keys

A Pro purchase includes a license key for your personal or business use. A key may be activated on up to 3 devices. Do not share, resell or publish your key. We may disable keys that are shared publicly or used to get around plan limits.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. See our refund policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you process. You confirm you have the right to use them. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive or store your photos.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to process content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights, or try to disrupt, reverse engineer for resale, or overload the Service.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". Automatic background removal can make mistakes, so review your images before publishing them. Marketplace size presets are starting points; each marketplace sets its own rules.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will post them here and update the date above.
